Fakturownia Bitrix24 Connector

The application enables smooth integration between Bitrix24 and Fakturownia, automating the synchronization of companies, products, and invoices in real time. Using webhooks, all changes made on one side are immediately reflected on the other. The application works fully automatically, with the option to pause synchronization processes.

Main features of the application:

- Invoice synchronization – invoices fr om Fakturownia are automatically transferred to Bitrix24.
- Company and product integration – company and product data are continuously synchronized, with the ability to recognize duplicates based on a selected field (e.g., Register number or Fakturownia ID).
- Data management – the application adds custom fields to companies, products, and invoices in Bitrix24, allowing for better management and personalization.
- Additional invoice options – invoice cards in Bitrix24 include additional buttons for displaying and sending documents.
- User panel – in the Bitrix24 menu with admin access only, you will find a dedicated application panel where you can:
 - View recent logs and integration status,
 - Manage synchronization settings,
 - Reinstall fields, events, and statuses,
 - Import companies, products, and invoices fr om Fakturownia to Bitrix24.

User-friendly setup:

After installing the application from Bitrix24 Market, users are redirected to an installation details form. To start synchronization, you must provide: license code, fakturownia domain and API token.

After verification, the application automatically installs the necessary fields, events, and statuses. All these steps can be repeated at any time from the user panel.

Additional management options:

The application offers configuration options for record deletion, setting a default department assigned to invoices in Fakturownia from Bitrix UI, enabling options for displaying, sending, and changing invoice titles to their numbers, as well as other customizations to simplify integration.
